Bob Moots are generally held in a specialized VR setup in the Epsilon Eridani system by Bill in 2172. The VR is setup to appear as a Banquet Hall and is presumed to have enough processing and computing power to simultaneously handle several hundred Bobs in full VR. There is not a lot of detail given in regards to overall appearance, but given Original Bob's (and Dennis's) professions as software engineers and presumably nerds this hall likely looks like most banquet halls; A non descript and semi worn room commonly found in most hotels, casino's, and other places where large groups of people congregate to discuss highly technical matters interesting only to that specific niche of people.

The moot is usually called to order by Bill utilizing a hand held Air Horn to draw the attention of the participants. The moot is usually preceded by a semi mandatory baseball game that was also instituted by Bill as a method of keeping Bobs tied to reality and to remind them that they are human. The moot is also usually concluded by the bobs congregating in a VR Pub that was also established by Bill in the same system presumably utilizing the same physical hardware.
Moot's are open to all VR residents including non-bobs.
